The next EVTA Council meeting will take place on September 6, 2025 in Milan, Italy, hosted by our member association AICI. On the evening of September 5, all the councillors and friends are invited to a Meet&Greet event.

How to reach: from Linate Airport: M4 (subway blue line) to S. Babila, then M1 (red line) to Turro
From Malpensa Aiport: Malpensa Express to Milano Cadorna, then M1 (red line) to Turro
From Centrale Train Station: M2 (green line) to Loreto, then M1 (red line) to Turro

The Devadatta meeting place is situated in a popular and cheap area to stay and dine, surrounded by restaurants and shops. There are no major tourist attractions but it’s only 15 subway minutes from the Duomo Square.

The EVTA executive board stays in Hotel Giacoso (rooms available at this moment) and shared rental apartments from Airbnb. We recommend you to book as soon as possible as prices are going up for accommodation and flights.

Friday, 5th September: Meet & Greet dinner for councillors at 20:00

Saturday, 6th September: Council meeting
10:00 – 12:30 official and administrative part
12:30 – 14:00 lunch
14:00 – 16:30 discussion and plans including coffee/tea break
