EVTA is transforming its former Young Professionals Programme (YPP), once aimed at young singers, in light of EVTA’s mission to strengthen the exchange of knowledge among voice teachers. This new programme places young voice teachers at the centre of Eurovox 2026.

• At Eurovox in Lucerne, YPP participants will receive a warm welcome, a guided tour of the congress venue and the opportunity to join the EVTA Council Members’ Meet & Greet dinner.
• During Eurovox, EVTA will host two dedicated YPP sessions, providing space for discussion and reflection on conference themes. These sessions encourage rich interaction not only between young and experienced teachers, but also among the young teachers, helping them build their own international network. Informal conversations during  coffee and tea breaks offer even more opportunities to connect across generations.
• During the congress, young teachers will have the opportunity to be matched with a dedicated mentor, if they wish. This mentor will be a member of one of the participating associations and will be available to stay in contact with them throughout the congress, and possibly beyond. This initiative also helps strengthen the connection between the different associations, in line with EVTA’s core mission.
• National associations may choose how they wish to assist their young teachers financially or practically.
• Support in finding (shared) accommodation is available.
• Maximum 10 YPP participants, maximum age is 30 years. The participants can only take part if they are a member of an EVTA association.
• Young teachers taking part in the YPP are required to register for the congress, however, at a special YPP discount rate of 70 EUR.
• The Young Professionals can apply for the programme through the Eurovox website. The application deadline is April 15, 2026.
